WoW Forever dungeons up to level 30: which to run at your level and what to bring

These are the dungeons whose quests start inside the beta's level cap. They are listed by entrance level; each name links to the dungeon's route and bosses.

Which dungeon fits your level?

• The Hall of Thanes: from level 13; its quest levels are 15 to 16.
• Ragefire Chasm: from level 13; its quest levels are 12 to 16.
• Ruins of Lordaeron: from level 15; its quest levels are 21 to 22.
• Deadmines: from level 16; its quest levels are 16 to 25.
• Wailing Caverns: from level 17; its quest levels are 13 to 26.
• Shadowfang Keep: from level 18; its quest levels are 22 to 27.
• Blackfathom Deeps: from level 22; its quest levels are 22 to 30.
• Razorfen Kraul: from level 24; its quest levels are 26 to 30.
• Gnomeregan: from level 25; its quest levels are 10 to 30.
• Excavation Site: Wetlands: from level 26; its quest levels are 28 to 28.

How do you prepare for each dungeon?

Pick up the quests available outside the dungeon before entering.

• The Hall of Thanes: Enter Old Ironforge through the passage on the left inside the High Seat, then follow it down to the portal. Horde groups must prepare for the hostile approach through Ironforge.
• Ragefire Chasm: Meet at the portal in Orgrimmar's Cleft of Shadow. The quest pickup route runs through Horde cities, so collect the Thunder Bluff and Undercity quests before assembling.
• Ruins of Lordaeron: Before leaving Brill, take The Wrath of Rath'mael from Deathguard Kristof. Defeating Rath'mael is its objective, so complete any side encounters before the final fight.
• Deadmines: For Alba Fairmoon's Westfall chain, finish Explosive Consultation and take the Extra-Destructive Explosives into the dungeon for Destruction in Deadmines. Plant them beside the forge, then return to Alba at the exit behind Moonbrook before completing the separate detonator step.
• Wailing Caverns: Both factions can collect Trouble at the Docks in Ratchet. Search the outer caves for Mad Magglish and recover the 99-Year-Old Port before crossing the instance portal.
• Shadowfang Keep: Horde: collect Deathstalkers in Shadowfang from High Executor Hadrec at the Sepulcher before entering. Check the prison and courtyard for the missing scouts before proceeding upstairs. The reward choices are Ghostly Mantle, Tanned Shoulderpads, and Bronzed Shoulderguards.
• Blackfathom Deeps: Alliance: take Knowledge in the Deeps in Ironforge before travelling to Ashenvale. Collect the Lorgalis Manuscript from the submerged side room near the first pool before leaving the entrance caverns.
• Razorfen Kraul: Both factions: accept Blueleaf Tubers from Mebok Mizzyrix in Ratchet. Before leaving, collect the Crate With Holes, Snufflenose Command Stick and Snufflenose Owner's Manual beside Mebok. Inside the Kraul, summon the gopher with the crate and use the stick to make it search. Return the Blueleaf Tubers with the crate and stick for A Small Container of Gems.
• Gnomeregan: Alliance: take Save Techbot's Brain! in Ironforge before travelling to Gnomeregan. Recover Techbot's Memory Core in the exterior workshop before entering the instance.
• Excavation Site: Wetlands: Alliance: ask James Halloran in Menethil Harbor for Highland Hides before leaving town. Collect Thicket Raptor Hides while clearing the thicket and return them to Halloran for the silver reward.
